Hello,
I installed Cadence Virtuoso IC25 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.8. The installation itself completed successfully, and I was able to resolve the missing library dependencies.
However, I am still having a licensing problem. When I try to start Virtuoso, I receive license error 111.
I am using a local cadence.dat license file and have set the license environment variables, for example:
export CDS_LIC_FILE=/home/ilir/cadence/license/cadence.dat
export LM_LICENSE_FILE=$CDS_LIC_FILE
The software is installed under: /home/user/cadence/IC251
Has anyone experienced error 111 with Cadence IC25 on RHEL 9.8? Could this be related to the license file format, host ID, environment variables, or the need for a license daemon?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

there are .pdf and .txt guide files in every tool packages.
There are no JASPER features in the license.dat file in the patch folder for JASPERGOLD(2024). Please update it to include the correct keys

You should extract /spectre_base23/patch/patch d/ocad.rar and use the cds.license.dat file inside instead of the license.dat in patch b
the libvo_sh,so is missing . It needs this file for running Spectre 23.10.063
