After installing paintshop it is asking for serial number so I couldn’t install

we’ve tested Roxio Creator NXT Pro 8 v21.1.13.0 SP5 install & activation followed by install & activation of Corel PaintShop Pro 2022 Ultimate 24.1.0.27, both working without problems or asking serial number
although roxio is a Corel product & the problem you’ve faced isn’t completely impossible; try a complete uninstall of both, install PaintShop first then roxio
