Hello
Check both “Autodesk Desktop Licensing Service” & “FlexNet Licensing Service” services are running. If they were, try “Autodesk License Patcher ALL V2 2022.06.06” which is the latest License Patcher (remember to uninstall previous first!).
As a last resort, you have to uninstall EVERY Autodesk product from your PC (alternatively, reinstall windows which is recommended); Then reinstall Inventor & others.
