Installer has includes electrical module. you can install whichever module you want. just follow instruction in Readme file and you can choose electrical in products list

There is no fix for it yet
For random reasons it worked on my windows 10 workstation.. so I simply overwritten my laptop Visualize and flexnet_server folders with those from the workstation and it works.. I have no clue why though..
